Comers to Canada, Seniors, Families, Supported Adults and everyone
else!
What: This is a social gathering of local people from our
community. There will be light refreshments and snacks, as well as good conversation!

Right From the Start
Join us for this 8 week program designed to help parents develop
skills to use when interacting with their baby, learn new skills
to foster parent-infant attachment and problem solve with other parents and

Supported Adults Social
Club
Join us every Wednesday 6 to 8pm from September to June.
Bring your caregiver, friends and neighbours! We?ll provide music
or improv theatre, plus an activity for you to participate in as
you socialize with your friends (new & old). $3. Outreach
services are also available for adult mental health consumers living

Come and join an energetic, fun exercise group Mon/Wed/Fri
9:45-10:45am, September through June. Emphasis on stretch, flexibility,
strengthening and toning with some cardio (no bounce). Call 604-536-4607.
Vine Youth Wellness Drop-In - Medical Services - Mondays (except stat holidays) and 4th Wednesday of evey month 3:30-6:30pm. Physicians & Youth workers are available to meet with youth to provide information and referrals around issues of wellness. 15455 Vine Avenue, White Rock. 604-538-5060 ext 21.

Community Hot Lunch - Thursdays at First United Church in White Rock. Lunch is served at 11:30am and is open to anyone on a restricted income. $3/person or 'as you can'.
